[appointmentsw_admin] Display a calendar where the admin can manager the appointments
from the frontend.

[appointmentsw_vacations] Now you can set your vacations from the frontend.

## Installation

 1. Upload or extract the `appointmentsw` folder to your site’s `/wp-content/plugins/`

 2. Enable the plugin from the _Plugins_ menu in WordPress.
