Badamsoft Product Exporter is a lightweight yet powerful tool that lets you bulk export product data from your WooCommerce store — perfect for backups, migrations, inventory management, price updates, feeds for marketplaces, or analysis in Excel/Google Sheets.

Privacy
This plugin does not collect or transmit any personal or store data to external servers by default. All export files are generated and downloaded locally. License validation for Pro version uses only your license key and site URL (no personal data stored).
External Services
This plugin does not transmit data to external services by default. Pro version optional features (cloud upload to Google Drive, Dropbox, AWS S3, Yandex.Disk; FTP/SFTP; webhooks) require user-provided credentials and connect directly from your server.

Automatic Installation
- Log in to your WordPress dashboard
- Navigate to Plugins Add New
- Search for „Badamsoft Product Exporter for WooCommerce“
- Click Install Now and then Activate
Manual Installation
- Download the plugin ZIP file
- Upload and extract the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/badamsoft-product-exporter-for-woocommerce/directory - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress
After Activation
- Go to WooCommerce Product Exporter in the admin menu
- Select fields, apply filters (if needed), and click Export Now

How do I export products?

Go to WooCommerce Product Exporter. Choose fields from the left panel (drag or click), select format (CSV in free), apply filters, and click Export Now. The file downloads automatically.

Can I save export settings for later?

Yes — use the Save as Template button. Free version allows 1 template; Pro — unlimited.

What fields can I export?

Free: ID, SKU, Name, Prices, Stock, Descriptions, Categories/Tags/Brands, Attributes, Featured/Gallery Image URLs.
Pro adds: ACF fields, any custom meta, translations (WPML/Polylang). -
Does the plugin support scheduled exports?

Scheduled/automated exports, incremental mode, post-actions (email/FTP/cloud/webhook) are available only in the Pro version.

Yes — tested with thousands of products. For very large stores (>50k products) we recommend PHP 8.1+, 512+ MB memory limit, and using chunked processing (Pro setting).
