Virtual items (services, licence keys you fulfil yourself) just work. Downloadable items deliver their files like any normal purchase: permissions are granted when the order is paid, the customer gets the links in the order email and under My Account Downloads, and a refund cuts access automatically. ### Does selling a bundle reduce the stock of the products inside it? Yes. Component (and variation) stock is reduced when the bundle sells and restored if the order is cancelled or refunded. By default, no: bundle products and their configuration are deliberately kept, so reinstalling restores everything. The page now refreshes the token quietly in the background while the shopper is still choosing, and the mini-cart update rides back with the add itself. On one customer’s store this took the first add from about seven seconds to about two; quantity changes in the order tray are quicker by the same change. * Fixed: in a box pool with expanded variations, a variation without a photo wore the first character of its label in the photo slot, so a card whose label starts with a number showed a lone digit, drawn at the wrong size, warping the whole grid. An imageless card now shows the product’s initial in a tile exactly the size of its neighbours‘ photos. * Improved: the upload endpoint behind personalisation fields now enforces the same artwork size ceiling as options uploads, and turns away rapid-fire bursts. #### 5.8.2 – 2026-09-13 * Fixed: in product grids and Related products drawn by page builders such as Elementor Pro, the Bundle badge could still show dark text on its dark background. The change in 5.8.1 did not hold against the rules those builders write. The badge now carries its colours on the element itself, where a theme or builder stylesheet cannot repaint them. A bundle that fixes, say, the colour no longer asks the shopper to pick the only colour there is; only the choices that genuinely differ still ask. Before, it drew an empty circle with the name in tiny print underneath. #### 5.8.0 – 2026-09-12 * New: on a Pick one slot where each product asks one short question, the choices now sit on the card itself. A shopper taps Navy once and that picks the hoodie in navy, rather than choosing a product and then answering a second question underneath it. Slots whose products ask anything more involved keep the flow they have today, so an existing bundle looks unchanged unless its pool fits. * Fixed: on a box pool set to Comfortable or Large cards, the product photo sat flush against the left edge of its card and stopped short of the right, and any product without a photo drew a narrower card, so one pool could show a dozen different card widths. Every card in a pool is now the same width and the photo meets both edges. * Fixed: choosing on a Pick one slot moved the cards under the shopper. A row holding two cards dropped to one card per row the moment anything was picked. The cards now stay exactly where they were. * Fixed: sizes sorted wrongly wherever a size names a range. L/XL sat at the end of the ladder instead of between S/M and XXL. A combined size now sorts where it starts. * Fixed: the quantity grid’s size row put one quantity box per line on narrow screens and left a ragged last line on wide ones. The lines are now even, and each quantity control sits at its natural width instead of stretching across its column. * Fixed: long colour names in the quantity grid broke mid word. They now shrink to fit the tile. * Fixed: a build a box could be filled past what the pack holds. Plus stops at the pack size and a typed number settles at the room left, so the basket is never refused for a box the page let you build. * Fixed: a pack priced box printed each product’s own shop price on its card. That figure reads the same on every pack and is money nobody pays, because the pack price is what the pack costs. It is now hidden wherever a pack carries a price. An open box still shows its item price, because there the shopper does pay it. * Fixed: the chosen product bar rendered an empty image while nothing was chosen, which made the browser load and discard a broken image on every choice slot. * Fixed: saving a bundle whose slots predate the choice mode setting wrote a warning into the site’s error log. #### 5.7.0 – 2026-09-11 * New: Pick many, a third kind of choice slot. Pick one asks a shopper for a single product and Build a box hands them a pool with a size to fill; Pick many sits between the two. Shoppers tick as many of the pool as they want, one of each, and every pick adds its own price on top of the bundle. Set the minimum to zero and the section becomes optional extras. * New: a Pick one slot now draws the same photo-first cards a box pool does, so Card size and Photo preview work there too. Compact is untouched, so an existing Pick one slot looks exactly as it does today until you choose a size. * Fixed: Photo preview was offered on every kind of choice slot but only ever worked on a box pool. Switching it on for a Pick one slot did nothing at all. It now works wherever it is offered. * Fixed: Comfortable and Large drew the same card as each other at most window widths, because the setting raised the grid’s minimum column width instead of sizing the card. Each size now sets its own card, at every width, phones included. * Fixed: a box pool left noticeably more space around each card than the Pick one and Pick many choosers did on the same Card size. Switch it on per slot and shoppers can click a product photo to see it larger, then click once more for a full-size look. It starts off, and off keeps the cards exactly as they are today. * Fixed: on shops whose listing pages are built with a page builder (a Divi or Elementor shop module, or a products shortcode on a page), BundleBoss loaded none of its files there, so a bundle opened in a quick view arrived unstyled with a greyed out Add to cart and no explanation. The shop page, search results and product grids showed „There has been a critical error on this website“ as soon as a bundle appeared in them, while the bundle’s own page and the basket kept working. Enfold expects the WooCommerce Product Bundles extension when it meets the bundle product type in a listing; BundleBoss now answers in its place, on Enfold only, and steps aside if that extension is genuinely installed.
