The free demo only imported about 10 products but it was enough to show me that the plugin would work for our needs. For the price of the premium migration it was worth the time saved. I purchased the redirect option as well and missed the one icon that you need to click on to see that an additional (free), third-party plugin is needed. I think that should be made more clear. But they did the migration process again for me so they addressed it very well. Support response was very fast and made sure I was happy with the result.

The free plugin works great as a bridge to their paid migration service which has done the migration we needed. Support is available and helpful. It would be extremely difficult to migrate everything without this service, so thanks for saving us the headache and time.

The first thing you would notice about cart2cart is that everybody online recommends it. My second demo got suspended for some reason, however the online chat support was helpful, and with few email exchanges it was fixed. I am convinced to go ahead and I think online chat support specially with account manager (in my case Nathan Sovyak) had played a critical role in that.

Thanks God I was suggested to use this tool before I break my store while manually migrating to Woo (all because the developers wanted to charge me around 1700$ - crazy price!). The guy from support was very responsive and friendly and suggested me to do customization within packages with their technician - I paid around 300$. Noticeable difference for me! Thanks guys for saving me from headaches and bankruptcy. Keep up the good work.

The service run my migration very quickly, I was surprised to see the result - more than 4 000 of products were imported to WooCommerce in few hours. I had some questions about specific fields I wanted to be moved and the support staff was very active to solve my request. Definitely not a waste of money! I will recommend this tool to my friends.

This plugin should not be listed as it is not remotely free. Only the "DEMO MIGRATION" is. If you actually need a real migration, they will want a minimum of $69 from you. MagneticOne has been a shakedown for years, but they seem to find ways to be dirtier and dirtier with they cons. Seriously, this should be removed from the Codex immediately for violation of the TOS
