Installation
- Upload plugin to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
- Activate the plugin through the \’Plugins\‘ menu in WordPress admin.
- Save your existing contact form (Important).
- Add messages in contact form 7 ‚message‘ tab after creating any form.

This plugin does its job, however the latest version of Contact Form 7 that this plugin works with is 5.5.6.1, updating Contact Form 7 past that version breaks this plugin & gives the default "This field is required" error messages on forms.

Hello, Everyone
When you use this plugin after not working default advanced contact form 7 validation.
Like you enter an incorrect email address so not shown extra validation.
Same as all input tag.

This plugin works well, but only on new forms. A workaround is to duplicate an existing form, the validations fields will appear in the copy, but this means renaming, and updating the shortcode on the page which displays the form. Also, it works only for text fields not pull-down menus. So only 4 stars.
Nevertheless, this is a useful plugin, and well worth installing.

After installing and activating the c7 custom validation plugin i cant see your-name, your-email and all other fields name in messages tab. So i cant add my custom error message.
