It has a great core and the team have bent over backwards to make it work for my pretty unusual situation (five membership tiers, loads of custom fields, 4 languages…). Let’s be honest, no plugin is designed to be all things to all people. Charitable does donation and donor management exceptionally well and in a delightfully simple environment/interface.
