I have a website with all the information potential and current clients would need to learn more about Fabulash Faces such as pricing and how to book an appointment. However, most people do not take the time to read. Instead, they will call, send a text or send a DM. ChatSpark engages with the customer to answer all those questions 24/7 in the personality determined through our set up of the chatbot. We also instructed ChatSpark bot to get more people to book an appointment. We were getting about 50 of those types of calls/messages previously. Since implementing ChatSpark, those inquiries have gone down to zero and our bookings are UP 32%!
