Februar 2018 The snippet overlay doesn’t open due to some Javascript error, but the wrapping button in post editor still works fine. UPD: a version with the snippet overlay fixed can be found here https://github.com/Exove/cipher. Would be glad to integrate the changes into the WP.org plugin, but can’t find any contact of the author.
