I have been a customer of Comm100’s for a few years and this plugin makes getting the chat feature added to my site very simple. You do need a Comm100 account to use this plugin, but they give a two week free trial for new customers. I highly recommend you check them out if you need a good, reliable website live chat and/or contact form.

Has all the features I need. The UI is quite cool and easy to use. A truly helpful plugin.

Easy to set up. After installing the plugin, I just followed the steps and in minutes, a live chat button appeared on my blog. Still playing with it…
