Installation

Place the ‚contact-page‘ folder in your ‚/wp-content/plugins/‘ directory.
Activate ‚Contact Page‘.
Go to ‚Settings > Contact Page‘ and fill in your contact details.
Add the shortcode [contact-page] to any page (or post).
Have a look at your site.
