Allows you to match the custom fields of a post type to meta box fields. It will allow you to match the fields and then will automatically
convert them.

Installation

  1. Upload custom-fields-to-metaboxes to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress
  3. Go to Tools > Cust. Fields to Meta and follow the instructions.
