This plugin is intentionally scoped to opt-in subscriptions. It respects MailPoet subscription rules and does not force re-subscription of previously unsubscribed addresses. ### Features * Form MailPoet list connections („rules“) * Explicit opt-in checkbox support * Optional „Always subscribe“ mode per rule (use when your form has no opt-in field) * One list per rule * Compatible with MailPoet double opt-in workflows * Admin-only AJAX field mapping * Clean uninstall (removes plugin settings) ### Requirements * Formidable Forms (free or paid) * MailPoet plugin (active) ## Installation 1. Upload the plugin ZIP via **Plugins Add New Upload Plugin**, or upload the folder to `/wp-content/plugins/`. 2. Activate the plugin. 3. Ensure **MailPoet** and **Formidable Forms** are installed and active. 4. Go to **Settings Formidable MailPoet Opt-in**. 5. Add a rule: 6. * Form ID * MailPoet List ID * Email Field * Opt-in mode (Field or Always) * Subscriber status (Subscribed or Unconfirmed) ## FAQ ### Does this work with Formidable Free? Yes. This plugin works with the free or paid version of Formidable Forms. ### Do I need the Formidable MailPoet add-on? No. This plugin connects directly to MailPoet using MailPoet’s API. ### Why is a subscriber showing as unconfirmed or unsubscribed? If MailPoet is configured to require confirmation (double opt-in), new subscribers may be marked as unconfirmed until they confirm. This plugin also does not force re-subscription for addresses that previously unsubscribed. ### What if my form does not have an opt-in checkbox? In each rule, choose **Always subscribe**.
