Terrible support and documentation for WooCommerce. Dubious business practice in obfuscating the fact that you must be on the Starter ($99/month) plan to integrate with WooCommerce. I say Dubious because the comparison chart shows „Use on All websites“ ticked. Checkout LemonInk – https://wordpress.org/plugins/lemonink/ for a much better support system, far more cost effective pricing structure, and a transparent business model.

Unfortunately don’t expect Edition Guard to work with DRM… it simply does not work, and after one month the support team still does not answer or help me. Avoid it.

The EditionGuard support team, and Lanny in particular, has been great. I reached out via their website and was able to send screenshots of the issues we were having after upgrading WooCommerce. They just released a new version for Woo 3x less than two days after I first brought the bug to their attention. Bravo!
