I am having the same connection issue as several people in the support thread. Have done all troubleshooting steps in those threads. Reached out to support, was told to "read the manual" with no follow up support. If it works, great. But as someone who was a potentially paying customer, don't bother. Poor support.

It was a great decision to start working with MakeWebBetter.
Great plugins en excellent support by a very friendly and helpful staff who understand technology.
When some additional work was needed to integrate the plugins further, custom work was done quickly with great understanding of all the customer needs.
So definitely an excellent choice to consider MakeWebBetter.

The support for the paid version is awesome so far from the Makewebbetter team. They answer emails fast and chat with me on Skype. Keep the good job!
