Options:

 * Enable/Disable ad7.biz plugin
 * Convert outgoing links (out links or all) links to ad7.biz or disable
 * Include or exclude domain list
 * AD Entry script: Enable/Disable
 * Ad type: Intestitial/Banner
 * You will need an Ad7.biz User ID. To get it, login to Ad7.biz go to http://ad7.
   biz/referrals.php and find ?r=xxxx. xxxx is your Ad7.biz User ID.

## Installation

 1. Go to Plugins-> Add New Plugin -> Upload
 2. Upload `make-money-with-ad7biz-and-wp.zip`
 3. Activate the plugin.
 4. Navigate to Settings-> Ad7.biz Settings, enable plugin and put your Ad7.biz id.
    To get it, login to Ad7.biz go to http://ad7.biz/referrals.php and find ?r=xxxx.
    xxxx is your Ad7.biz ID.
