Beschreibung

Mit der Veröffentlichung von WordPress 5.8 wird das unendliche Scrollen (infinite scrolling) standardmäßig aus der Mediathek entfernt. Siehe das Trac-Ticket 50105 für das entsprechende Änderungsset sowie dieses Ticket 40330 für den zeitlichen Kontext hinter dieser Entscheidung.

Mit diesem Plugin wird vorerst das unendliche Scrollen in der Mediathek für alle Benutzer wieder aktiviert.

Eine denkbare künftige Verbesserung wäre eine benutzerspezifische Einstellung, bei der die einzelnen Benutzer entscheiden können, was für sie am besten ist.

I have under a thousand images in my media library. Most of it shop stuff. This plugin lets me scroll without needing to press the Load more button.

As a photographer with thousands of images in my media library I cannot live without this plugin. Now I don't have to click excessively to find images I want. Please keep this plugin updated and available forever, it's one of my standard installations on all my websites along with Classic Editor and Classic Widgets.

Perfect for Large Libraries

The “Load More” button in 5.8 was frustrating and slowed my workflow. This plugin relieved the issue and brought back infinite scrolling.

I spent so much time clicking from page to page of pictures before hearing about this plugin. This plugin saves hours of frustration that another unwanted WordPress update has created.

I clicked Load More 18 times to find a single photo

I have about 800 photos on just one of my websites. Renaming them to make them searchable is not an option, as that would take many hours or even a whole day or two. Needless to say, WordPress switching from infinite scroll to that Load More button created a real pain in the butt for users like me. I'm so happy I found this plugin! Message to WordPress developers, please go back to the infinite scroll or at least make the load more button optional.
