A framework to add additional shortcut keys to the post editor page.

E.g.

Ctrl+Alt+p = Publish
Ctrl+Alt+s = Save Draft
Ctrl+Alt+l = Preview

Modify key mappings under Settings > MV Shortcut.

Works on PC and Mac.
