Protect your WordPress against spam comments and brute-force attacks (login, registration, comments, new password) thanks to Google reCAPTCHA, add custom header like tracking code (Google Analytics) or custom css, change author slug, activate auto updates for theme, plugins and WordPress core + possibility to disable www field in the comment form.

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin files to the „/wp-content/plugins/minor-imporvements“ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.

  2. Activate the plugin through the „Plugins“ screen in WordPress.

  3. Use the Settings => Improvements screen to configure the plugin.

FAQ

Why to install this plugin?

No ads and any other needless changes in the WordPress core. I’m using this plugin on my several commercial websites. You are NOT my tester! 🙂

How to disable this plugin?

Just use standard Plugin overview page in WordPress admin section and deactivate it or rename plugin folder /wp-content/plugins/minor-improvements over FTP access.
