I've taken a more hands-off approach to my page around the time I installed this, and it definitely made it easier to tighten up the ship and keep performance optimal. The added benefit is that it watches out for things that I wouldn't know about myself.

A very helpful plugin to check WordPress, plugins and themes. The only thing I´m missing is full support of multisite installations. You can activate the plugin in the network, but than you have to check each website individually. By this individual check the WP Health Check says, that there are some plugins not in use - which is true for this individual site, but not for others.

No errors thus far. Thumbs up. Although, that review reminder is a tad bit annoying. Even after I revewed it.
