Installation

So funktioniert die WooCommerce-Integration mit Packlink PRO:

1. Installation und Konfiguration des Moduls

  • Sie können das Packlink PRO-Plugin auf zwei Arten installieren: Entweder a. Direkt aus dem Backoffice oder b. Von der WooCommerce-Plugin-Seite.

    • Option a. In Ihrem WordPress-Backoffice gehen Sie zu „Plugins“ und klicken Sie auf „Installieren“. Suchen Sie nach „Packlink“ und klicken Sie auf „Jetzt installieren“.
    • Option b. Rechts oben auf dieser Seite klicken Sie auf „Herunterladen“. Anschließend gehen Sie in Ihrem WooCommerce-Backoffice zu „Plugins“, klicken Sie auf „Installieren“, „Plugin hochladen“ und laden Sie die ZIP-Datei hoch.

  • Nachdem Sie das Plugin installiert haben, loggen Sie sich bei Packlink PRO ein und klicken dort oben rechts auf „Einstellungen“. Wählen Sie dann im Menü auf der linken Seite „E-Commerce Integrationen“ aus und klicken Sie auf das WooCommerce-Logo. Hier können Sie den API-Schlüssel generieren, der zum Synchronisieren beider Plattformen erforderlich ist. Kopieren Sie diesen API-Schlüssel. Diesen müssen Sie später im Packlink PRO-Modul in WooCommerce eingeben.

  • In Packlink PRO können Sie die Maße Ihres gängigsten Pakets und Ihre standardmäßige Abholadresse definieren. Diese Informationen werden automatisch mit Ihrem WooCommerce synchronisiert und sind Ihre vordefinierten Pakete und Adressen.

2. Synchronisation mit Ihrem Packlink PRO-Konto

  • Gehen Sie zurück zu Ihrem WooCommerce-Backoffice und öffnen Sie Packlink PRO über das Menü auf der linken Seite. Auf der Login-Seite des Moduls fügen Sie den API-Schlüssel ein, den Sie von Ihrem Packlink PRO-Konto kopiert haben, und klicken Sie auf Anmelden. Das Modul synchronisiert automatisch Ihre Standard-Pakete und Abholadresse aus Packlink PRO. Nach wenigen Augenblicken werden außerdem alle verfügbaren Versandservices synchronisiert.

  • Wählen Sie die Versanddienste aus, die Sie nutzen möchten. Sie können den Namen jedes Services selbst einrichten und entscheiden, ob Sie das Logo des Versandpartners auf Ihrer Seite anzeigen möchten oder nicht.

  • Neben Namen und Logo können Sie außerdem für jeden Versandservice eine eigene Preispolitik festlegen. Dazu stehen Ihnen folgenden Option zur Auswahl: Direkte Packlink-Preise, Packlink-Preise plus Gewinnspanne, Festpreis nach Gewicht oder Wert des Einkaufs.

3. Nutzung des Moduls

  • Sobald eine Sendung bezahlt oder die Zahlung von Ihnen akzeptiert wurde, wird die Sendung automatisch in Ihr Packlink PRO-Konto importiert. Sie können Bestellungen auch manuell an Packlink PRO schicken, indem Sie eine Bestellung aufrufen und über den Bereich von Packlink PRO auf der rechten Seite einen neuen Entwurf erstellen.

  • Packlink PRO wird stets automatisch mit allen versandfertigen Bestellungen von WooCommerce aktualisiert.

  • Die Bezahlung der Versandaufträge erfolgt über die Seite von Packlink PRO. Alle anderen Daten, wie die Informationen zu Versender und Empfänger, wurden bereits durch WooCommerce synchronisiert.

The plugin as enormous potential, don’t you have a DEV? The button to select the pick up point is not translated I have to do it manually every update. Is very easy to fix that! I don‘ understand why you don’t do it…

Never use this company, 7 days protection

If you own an e-commerce business, consider using other companies that offer extended protection for your shipments. I often ship with UPS via packlink and they offers 14 days of coverage.But Packlink does only 7 days. So No matter what you have insurance on your shipping, your insurance will be valid only 7 days after delivery including weekends. I have been using their service for over two years without issues until I encountered a problem this year. One of my shipments went missing, and I filed a claim on the 8th day, right after the weekend. Packlink rejected my claim, citing their policy of only accepting claims within 7 days after delivery to the UPS shop. Even though UPS confirmed my loss and was willing to refund it under their 14-day policy, they required Packlink to fill out the necessary forms. Packlink refused to cooperate. This experience revealed that Packlink’s policies are not aligned with EU regulations, which grant consumers protection for 14 days. Their refusal to comply with these regulations left me with no recourse. I discovered several other companies that offer better terms without membership fees. Many provide more affordable shipping rates and extended protection for up to 20 days. Switching to a more reliable company can better safeguard your business. For the sake of your business, seek out a more dependable shipping service that offers comprehensive protection and better customer support.

Les fichiers de traduction sont bien présents avec le plugin mais ils ne sont pas pris en compte. Le plugin ne s’adapte pas à la langue de la boutique.

Déjà que les traductions pour les livraisons via mondial relay ne sont pas faite, la dernière maj (3.3.1) à introduit pour ma part un bug sympa. Même en ayant choisi un point de livraison, le message „Please select drop-off location“ continu d’être la et bloque la validation du panier 🙂 Aller la solution : éditer le fichier packlink-pro-shipping\resources\js\packlink-checkout.js et on remplace les [1] par [0] aux lignes suivantes. function setHiddenFields(location) { let dropOffId = document.getElementsByName( ‚packlink_drop_off_id‘ )[1]; let dropOffExtra = document.getElementsByName( ‚packlink_drop_off_extra‘ )[1]; Les gens ont oubliés qu’en informatique les tableaux commence à 0 😉 Bien sûr désactiver les maj auto avant de faire la modif… en attendant une correction officielle 😀
