## Beschreibung

**Relio** is an AI-powered chat assistant that helps your website engage visitors
and convert them into customers through intelligent conversations and product recommendations.

This plugin connects your store to the [Relio](https://relio.chat) service, enabling:

 * **AI Product Recommendations** — Relio’s chatbot understands your product catalog
   and recommends the right products based on customer conversations.
 * **Add to Cart from Chat** — Customers can add recommended products directly to
   their WooCommerce cart without leaving the chat.
 * **Order Tracking** — Completed orders are reported to Relio for sales attribution,
   letting you see which conversations led to purchases.
 * **Automatic Chat Widget** — The Relio chat widget is automatically added to your
   store’s front-end. No code changes needed.

#### How It Works

 1. Install and activate this plugin.
 2. Click „Connect to Relio“ to link your store.
 3. Sign up or log in at [relio.chat](https://relio.chat).
 4. Approve the WooCommerce API connection.
 5. Your products sync automatically — the AI chatbot is ready.

All chatbot configuration (tone, design, product settings) is managed in the Relio

#### Third-Party Service

to provide AI chatbot functionality. By activating and connecting this plugin, your
store data (product catalog, completed orders) is transmitted to Relio’s servers
for processing.

## Installation

#### Automatic Installation

 1. Go to **Plugins  Add New** in your WordPress admin.
 2. Search for **„Relio AI Chat Assistant“**.
 3. Click **Install Now**, then **Activate**.
 4. Go to the **Relio** menu item in your admin sidebar.
 5. Click **Connect to Relio** and follow the prompts.

#### Manual Installation

 1. Download the plugin ZIP file.
 2. Go to **Plugins  Add New  Upload Plugin**.
 3. Choose the ZIP file and click **Install Now**.
 4. Activate the plugin.
 5. Go to **Relio** in your admin sidebar and click **Connect to Relio**.

### Do I need a Relio account?

Yes. This plugin connects your WooCommerce store to the Relio service. You can create
a free account at [relio.chat](https://relio.chat).

### Is WooCommerce required?

Yes. This plugin is specifically built for WooCommerce stores and requires WooCommerce
to be installed and active.

### What data is sent to Relio?

Your product catalog (for AI recommendations) and completed order data (for sales
attribution). No personal customer data is collected without their explicit interaction
with the chat widget.

### Can I disconnect at any time?

Yes. Go to **Relio  Settings** and click **Disconnect**. Your WooCommerce store 
continues to work normally.

### Where do I configure the chatbot?

All chatbot settings (tone, design, features, popup rules) are managed in the Relio

connection.
