Adds the post thumbnail to the RSS feed using the XML tag specified in the Media RSS Specification, as well as an IMG tag in the RSS content.
Installation
- Upload the
shp-rssimagefolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ‚Plugins‘ menu in WordPress

Ich nutze Active Campaign (und früher auch MailChimp). Einfache Anmeldung, einfache Umsetzung. Nur eines wollte mir nicht gelingen: dass jedem Beitrag in der E-Mail das Beitragsbild vorangestellt wurde.
Ich habe das RSS-Featured-Image-Plugin auf 4 verschiedenen WordPress-Installationen getestet und es läuft wunderbar!
