I cannot recommend this plug-in enough. We have used it for 2 plus years now and it does exactly what we need and more. I have basically no training in web-design, but was able to configure this to send SMS messages via an API with another app. The support team is extremely responsive and resourceful. They have helped me numerous times with suggestions to meet some of our requirements which is extremely helpful. I don’t think I have ever had a technical issue with the app. I wish all of plug-ins I use were as wonderful as this!

I can't believe I haven't already submitted a review! I've been using Simply Schedule Appointments for several years now. It's easy to use, has lots of great features (and is always improving), and the support is phenomenal!

Sure the software is great. It does what it's supposed to. But then I got bogged down in the complexity of it and had trouble finding what I needed in the docs. (Could have been entirely my fault, but let's not dwell on that, LOL.) When I sent a message for help through their site, within a few hours I got the best tech support answer ever. Why so? They gave me clear, detailed instructions that actually dealt with the problem I described. Not only did they understand what I needed without playing 20 questions, but the directions made sense. There was no hunting for nonexistent or greyed-out settings and they were where they said they were. They gave me screenshots and all. I wish all tech support was like this.

Even when I was using the free version of a plugin they gave me top-notch support and helped me. They even record a video! My client will for sure use the pro version in the future and I can't recommend this plugin more. It the is decision of leader(s) to be competent and to deliver. That's why. Thank you guys!!!

We have been looking for a better hourly appointment booking system for our consultation business and came across this one. In just a few minutes, I managed to set it all up including styling as well as setting some custom styles outside of the plugin settings. Everything about this plugin is very intuitive and extremely easy to use. So far it's just on my local dev site, but will move it to the production site shortly. Thanks for a great plugin.
