Do not invest a dollar, in this company, their modules, they do not work, full of bugs, their support equals zero. I've invested over $ 20000 in this company after 9 months, I find a site that is not working, not active, and full of errors. Webkul has ruined my life, do not let it ruin yours.

I tried this plug-in and I am glad that it provides various features which are mandatory for better customer assistance because my customers are my business. I can integrate it with my social media and it generates tickets from there :D. I can create custom forms in it and can add anywhere on my website. Workflows are just awesome and much more, I don't want to ruin surprises, try urself plus it free for 4 agents 😉
