It shows the official harmonised graphics unaltered, as intended by the Regulation. It does <strong>not<\/strong> provide legal advice and does <strong>not<\/strong> guarantee that your store is legally compliant \u2014 whether and how the rules apply to your business is for you (and, if needed, your legal advisor) to determine.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Features<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li>Harmonised EU legal-guarantee notice (Annex I) \u2014 on the <strong>product page<\/strong>, the <strong>checkout<\/strong>, and the <strong>order confirmation email<\/strong>. Turn each placement on or off.<\/li>\n<li>All <strong>24 EU languages<\/strong>, with an <strong>Automatic<\/strong> setting that follows the language of the page being viewed (works with Polylang and WPML).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reveal or expanded display<\/strong> \u2014 a compact \"Your legal guarantee rights\" row that opens the full notice on click (works with JavaScript disabled), or the full notice shown at all times.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Configurable width<\/strong> with a QR-scannability minimum (428px), as the Regulation requires.<\/li>\n<li><strong>GARAN durability label (Annex II)<\/strong> \u2014 appears automatically for qualifying products; nested strip or full label. Your brand stays in the customer's pocket \u2014 together with the warranty they bought from you \u2014 which supports repeat visits and loyalty. It is not hosted on WordPress.org. This free plugin is complete and fully functional on its own.<\/p>\n\n<h3>External services<\/h3>\n\n<p>This plugin can connect to the WarrantyARK service, only for the optional \"Add to WarrantyARK\" button:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>When:<\/strong> only when a shopper clicks the \"Add to WarrantyARK\" button on the order-received page or in the order email. No connection is made just by installing the plugin or browsing the store.<\/li>\n<li><strong>What is sent:<\/strong> clicking the button opens the WarrantyARK web app (app.warrantyark.com) with non-personal purchase context in the link (store name, order number, item names). There is no transition period. This plugin displays the official graphics for you, in the shopper's language.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"which%20businesses%20are%20affected%3F\"><h3>Which businesses are affected?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Any trader selling physical goods to consumers in the EU, regardless of where the business is registered, and regardless of platform. Genuinely B2B-only sales are treated differently, and some categories such as food fall outside the scope.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"does%20this%20make%20my%20store%20legally%20compliant%3F\"><h3>Does this make my store legally compliant?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>No. The plugin only displays the official harmonised graphics. Under <strong>WooCommerce \u2192 WarrantyARK \u2192 Placement<\/strong> you can enable the product page, the (classic) checkout, and the order confirmation email independently. Set the language to <strong>Automatic<\/strong> and the notice follows the language of the page being viewed, including Polylang and WPML sites. You can also pick a fixed language.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"when%20does%20the%20garan%20durability%20label%20appear%3F\"><h3>When does the GARAN durability label appear?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>Only for qualifying products. Set the manufacturer guarantee per product (Product data \u2192 General): it must be offered by the producer, free of charge, cover the whole product, and last more than 24 months. When those conditions are met, the label shows automatically. Add the brand and model there too.<\/p><\/dd>\n<dt id=\"which%20languages%20are%20supported%3F\"><h3>Which languages are supported?<\/h3><\/dt>\n<dd><p>All 24 official EU languages.
