Assign more than 1 shipping class to a product

I want to have diffrent shipping classes for the same product.
One would be a packet that costs 6€ in shipping and is insured. The other one costs 5€ and is a small package that is not insured.

I know how to create diffrent shipping classes eg. one for Books one for packages, but i cant assign more than one class to a product.

Anyone know a plugin or setting that would help me out?
