Burger menu does not show on mobile & tablet

Hi there,

i’m using Elementor and the Hello theme.
Unfortunately, on mobile and tablet the burger menu is not showing, only a grey dot.
I went throu other threads discussing the topic and tried proposed solutions. Checked the plugins, but no success.
Please help
