checkspelling off

How can I make checkspelling off via .htaccess to be work
with WordPress?

or in other words, how can I turn off Checkspelling in WordPress for
the urls?

At the moment there’s no error 404 for urls where the first letter exists
and which are not completely submitted

Google gets the message 200 and not an error 404

Anyone an Idea? Would be great :o)
