Cookie Banner erscheint nicht im Webbrowser

Hallo Liebe Community,
ich brauche nochmal dringend hilfe und hoffe das ich hier richtig bin. Ich habe es schon mit zwei Cookie plugins versucht (1.Cookiebot Kostenlos, 2.Borlabs premium). Die Cookiebox erscheint nur auf meinem Smartphone, aber nicht auf meinen Browsern (Firefox, Chrome, Edge). Gestern bei der Einrichtung von Borlabs Plugin, hat alles funktioniert und jetzt nicht mehr. Das selbe problem hatte ich schon mit Cookiebot. W3 Total Cache und Autoptimize (mit denen ich auch meine problemschen habe) sind deaktiviert und es geht trotzdem nicht. Ich habe schon Borlabs angeschrieben aber vielleicht kann mir hier auch jemand etwas schneller helfen. So langasam bin ich am verzweifeln, immer was neues.
