Customize Affiliate Commissons

Hi guys,

I’m currently building a website where I’m referring end-users to specific products/services from a partner. However, these partners don’t belong to any affiliate network and are not very online affine. We have agreed a specific price per click / lead. Can you recommend me any simple to use plugin that technically helps me:
1: Refer an end-user to a partner page
2: Track the affiliate
3: Set an individual price that has been agreed with the partner
so that I can follow up the end-user and earn money from the partners as agreed?
