Empfohlene PHP Version in WP 5.7

    Hi,

    was ist die von WordPress empfohlene PHP Version in WP 5.7?
    In dem Handbuch steht dazu folgendes:

    Officially the WordPress core supports from PHP 7.0 to PHP 7.4. However, not all themes or plugins are supported.

    When it comes to PHP, WordPress works best with the following versions:

    PHP 7.4.x
    PHP 7.3.x
    PHP 7.2.x

    Da aber doch ab 5.6 auch PHP 8 unterstützt sein soll (WordPress und PHP 8), verstehe ich nicht warum PHP 8 in dem Handbuch keine Erwähnung findet. Ist das Handbuch vielleicht nicht mehr aktuell(für WP 5.7), oder ist die PHP 8 Unterstützung in WP 5.7 noch nicht umgesetzt?
