    Moin. Nach der Installation von WooCommerce Version 9.6.1 auf WP 6.7.2 mit dem Theme wenty Twenty-Four 1.3 gab es Probleme das erst im Backend manche Seite nicht sofort aufrufbar waren, es kam eine weiße Seite, nach 2-3 x neu laden wurde dann die Seite angezeigt. Desweiteren kam es zu Fehlermeldung beim Template bearbeiten über den Webseiten-Editor. Auch dort 2-3 auf Speichern klicken, dann hat alles geklappt. Nach einer Weile ist auch im Frontend das Problem aufgetreten, dass der Shop nicht angezeigt wird – Seite 2-3 x neu laden, dann hat es geklappt. Dort stand mal die Fehlermeldung „Die Antwort ist keine gültige JSON-Antwort“, meist blieb die Seite aber einfach weiß. Aktuell muss ich, wenn ich die Produktseite über den wEbseiten-Editor bearbeiten will, 5-7 x darauf klicken, die Seite baut sich erst teilweise auf, dann ‚fällt sie wieder in sich zusammen‘.

    Das Probleme wurde hier schon versucht zu lösen.

    Ich hoffe, dass Ihr mir helfen könnt, das Problem zu finden und zu beheben. Ich bin langsam am verzweifeln.

    das ist doch sehr eindeutig. Du hast ein Memory Limit von 128MB, was für WooCommerce sehr knapp ist. Und die Fehler sagen genau das:

    Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted

    Der Arbeitsspeicher in deinem Webspace reicht nicht aus.

    Hier ein Artikel, wie das erhöht werden kann:

    Das Problem ist, dass dieser Eintrag nicht hilft, wenn der Hoster ein festes Limit definiert hat für deinen Tarif.

    Bei welchem Hoster bist du? Frag mal deren Support, ob du mehr bekommen kannst. Vielleicht ist dazu ein ein Tarifupgrade nötig. Wenn es keinen Weg gibt, auch nicht mit Upgrade, dann hilft nur ein Hosterwechsel.

    Moin @zodiac1978 ach super und dnke! Ja ich ahnte schon, dass es ein Speicherproblem gibt. Ich bin bei domainfactory und nach einem schnellen Telefonat hat sich nun herausgestellt, dass ich mit mein Hostingpaket die 128MB ausgereizt habe. Der nächste Schritt wäre 256 und dann 512MB (ist halt ne Geldfrage). Was braucht den WC um flüssig zu laufen?
    Ich kann bald diese White Screen of Death nicht mehr sehen. Daher danke für den Link/Beitrag, der beschreibt das sehr schön.
    Ich hatte eh schon überlegt, df zu verlassen, finde, nachdem sie aufgekauft wurden, hat der Support mächtig nachgelassen und nach fast 20 Jahren ist vielleicht Zeit für einen neuen Hoster. kannst du einen empfehlen?

    Das ist leider nicht absolut zu sagen. Der verlinkte Artikel empfiehlt 256 MB, aber WooCommerce wird ja häufig mit Plugins betrieben. Übersetzungen kommen auch in den Speicher, etc. – das ist also immer vom Einzelfall abhängig.

    In der WP-Community hat all-inkl.com einen sehr guten Ruf: https://all-inkl.com/

    Aber es gibt auch noch andere Anbieter, die interessant sein können. Gerade die kleineren lokalen Anbieter hat man nicht so auf dem Schirm. Ein guter Hinweis ist auch immer aktive Community-Beteiligung. HostPress (https://www.hostpress.de/) wäre da z.B. und natürlich die bekannten wie IONOS, Mittwald, Hetzner, WebGo, etc. – wobei es keinen perfekten Anbieter gibt. Es ist immer eine Abwägung und alle haben irgendwelche Einschränkungen oder Probleme, die man kennen muss/sollte.

    WooCommerce alleine kommt auch mit weniger als 128MB zurecht. Du hast jedoch noch einige weitere Plugins aktiv die vermutlich in Kombination einen höheren Wert benötigen. Stell ihn einfach mal auf 512MB, dann bist Du erstmal auf Nummer sicher. Mich wundert aber wieso das bei deinem Hoster zusätzlich etwas kostet, das ist schon sehr ungewöhnlich.

    @threadi würde ich gerne machen, mal schnell auf 512MB hochschrauben, aber wie ich geschrieben habe, domainfactory läßt dass mit meinem aktuellen Hostingpaket nicht zu und schraubt den Hahn bei 128MB zu. Und ja, ich habe noch ein paar weitere Plugins laufen, aber alle WC-Plugins gehörten zur Standartinstallation dazu, ich hab da erstmal nüscht mit zugepackt, daher würde es mich wundern, dass das mit 128MB geschmeidig läuft.

    Ich glaube ja, als ich Loco translate angeschubst hatte um die #Raute vor der Bestellnummer wegzubekommen, ich aber erst die Sprachsynchronisation anschmeißen musste, das da ordentlich Speicher gefressen wurde. Seitdem gibt es im Back-und Frontend fast nur noch weiße Seiten.

    @zodiac1978 ich danke dir. Hab gerade mit all-inkl telefoniert, die haben schon in ihren Standartpaketen 256MB drin und diese könnte dann noch bei Bedarf ohne zusätzliche € hochgeschraubt werden!! Hört sich gut.

    Da das Problem, zumindestens theoretisch gelöst ist, dank euch!! mach ich auch nen Häckchen.
