Hallo!

Ich habe folgendes Problem 🙁 der Button: in den Warenkorb funktioniert nicht, und ich weiß absolut nicht warum 🙁 es bringt mich zur Verzweiflung 🙁 Wer kann mir weiterhelfen?

Hallo,
auf deiner Website gibt es einen Fehler, die du siehst, wenn du in die developer console schaust (bei Chrome mit der Taste F12), der mit Deinem Theme (thevoux-wp) zu tun hat.
Ich gehe davon aus, dass das Problem dadurch verursacht wird.

Wir können dir bei gekauften Themes (hier thevoux-wp) oder Plugins so gut wie gar nicht helfen, weil sie uns nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Wir müssten sonst bei jeder Frage erst einmal das entsprechende Theme oder Plugin kaufen, uns dort einarbeiten und dann kostenlos den Support anbieten, für den du beim Kauf bezahlt hast.
Du solltest dich in dem Fall an die Entwickler wenden. Lies bitte auch mal in der FAQ II, 1b zu diesem Thema.

Um zu prüfen, ob das tatsächlich die Ursache ist, kannst Du nach einer Sicherung ein Standard-Theme wie z. B. Twenty Twenty aktivieren.

Hilfreich für eine Analyse wäre der Website-Bericht:
Du findest unter Werkzeuge > Websitezustand > Info einen Bericht zur Website. Warte bitte einen Moment bis die Ladeanzeige ganz oben abgeschlossen ist und kopiere dann per Button den Website-Bericht in deine Zwischenablage. Über den Button „Bericht in die Zwischenablage kopieren“ kannst du den Bericht unverändert (bitte mit den Akzentzeichen am Anfang und Ende) einfügen und anschließend hier posten. Evtl. ergeben sich dann weitere Anhaltspunkte, ob und wo das Problem liegt.

Meinst du das? Ich bin echt kein Genie und kenn mich null aus 🙂 Und Englisch kann ich leider auch nicht, was mir natürlich vieles erschwert 🙁

Hallo,
das letzte Update des Themes stammt aus Februar 2023. Auf der verlinkten Seite ist das leider nicht mehr dokumentiert. Solltest Du also keine aktuelle Version des Themes haben, wäre es sinnvoll, wenn Du das Theme updatest, nachdem Du eine Sicherung erstellt hast.

Noch ein paar Anmerkungen zum Website-Bericht:
Akismet entspricht nicht den europäischen Datenschutzvorgaben. Schau dir mal Antispam Bee an. Kostenlos, leistungsfähig und datenschutzkonform.

Jetpack ist ebenfalls unter datenschutzrechtlichen Gesichtspunkten problematisch, siehe hier. Das Plugin solltest du löschen.

Das Plugin Better Search Replace ist dauerhaft nicht notwendig und sollte gelöscht werden.

PHP 7.4 wird nicht mehr mit Sicherheits-Updates versorgt. Du solltest über den Hoster auf PHP 8.1.x umstellen: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php

6,87 GB ist relativ viel. Da solltest Du prüfen, ob nicht alte Dateien wie z. B. alte Sicherungen gelöscht werden können.

Du hast kein Plugin für Sicherungen installiert. Ich verwende das Plugin UpdraftPlus.
