JQuery HTML5 File Upload do not work

Hi,
I use WP since a few weeks and I have a problem with a PlugIn called ‚JQuery HTML5 File Upload‘. I loaded it up over ptf and activate it at my administration panel. So far, so goog. Then I created a new page and place it there.
But it still not work! Anyone some idear?
I can click upload and choose an imgae for example, but then nothing and no upload (the empty folder is craeted and i change permission from 301 to 777).
