Versuch mal einen neuen Administrator über die Datenbank anzulegen:

Wie sollen wir dir helfen, wenn du wichtige Informationen erst auf Nachfrage rausrückst? PHP-Version ändern? Hab ich schon. Debugging? Hab ich schon. User manuell hinzugefügt? Hab ich schon.

Ja genau das ist das Problem, ich komme nicht ins Dashboard, obwohl ich als Admin angemeldet bin.

Der dort geschilderte Fall unterscheidet sich auch von dem meinen, dort wird das Dashboard nicht richtig angezeigt, bei mir jedoch gar nicht.

Das hatte ich schon gesehen, aber trotzdem war das m. E. ein Ansatz. Aber wenn du das schon getestet hast, dann fällt mir momentan nicht mehr viel dazu ein.
Plugins und Themes hast du ja sicher schon mal testweise per FTP deaktiviert, um zu sehen, ob das Problem dadurch verursacht wird (glaube ich aber eher nicht).
Vielleicht noch ein Ansatz: Die komplette Instanz (Datenbank und alle Ordner) auf eine lokale Entwicklungsumgebung (z. Bsp. Laragon) ziehen und da mal weiter testen.
Hm, das erfordert Linux, ich habe aber kein Linuxrechner.
Um die Umgebung nachzubilden, sollte es schon Linux sein, denn meine Site ist ja auf Linux/Apache gehostet.
Ja, wenn ich Themes deaktiviere erhalte ich eine leere, weisse Seite.
