Langsames Backend auf 2 Installationen

Hallo, ich habe auf meinen 2 Webseiten das Problem, dass das Arbeiten im Backend relativ schwerfällig ist. Und dazu bekomme ich in letzter Zeit immer wieder die Nachricht…

„Verbindung wurde unterbrochen. Speichern wurde deaktiviert, bis die Verbindung wiederhergestellt ist. Wir sichern diesen Beitrag in deinem Browser, nur für den Fall“

Nun habe ich schon ein wenig nachgelesen und widersprüchliche Angaben zu den Systemvoraussetzungen gefunden. Ich habe jetzt mal den Bericht von vnv-urbex.de und astgefluester.de angehangen.

Meine Frage wäre, welche Serverkonfiguration ihr empfehlen würdet?
