Media Library: more than 22000 duplicates of one and the same image

    Hi, I noticed that suddenly a certain image in my media library has duplicated more than 22000 times (!). I don’t know how this happened. I use WPML and in the German version, the problem does not occur. Only in the English version. The file size says „???“, it seems to be empty. Here are some screenshots:

    Did this happen to anyone else? Please note I have no coding knowledge…Thanks!
