Mehrwertsteuer wird auf den Preis addiert

    Hallo zusammen,

    ich habe das Problem, dass die Mehrwertsteuer im Shop auf den Produktpreis addiert wird, obwohl ich in WooCommerce-Einstellungen die Option „Ja, ich gebe die Produktpreise inklusive Mehrwertsteuer ein“ ausgewählt habe und zwar schon seit Anfang an. Das Problem ist auf einmal aufgetreten und hat alle Produkte beeinflusst, sowohl die alte als auch die neue.

    wißt jemand woher das Problem kommt und wie ich es beheben kann?

    Wir wissen über deine Website nicht viel mehr, als dass du WooCommerce nutzt und ein Problem mit der Steuerberechnung hast. Wir haben keine URL zur Website, keinen Website-Bericht und auch sonst keine Informationen. Damit ist es kaum möglich, dir zu helfen.

    Da die Seite sich noch im Wartungsmodus befindet, hilft eine URL nicht weiter, denke ich. Der Bericht zum Website-Zustand und der Link zu den Screenshots füge ich hiermit.

    Ich hoffe du kannst mir anhand diese Informationen weiter helfen.

    Ich verwende selber WooCommerce nicht und kann nur sehr allgemein weiterhelfen. Bei gekauften Themes und Plugins können wir hier überhaupt nicht helfen, weil sie uns für kostenlosen Support nicht zur Verfügung stehen.

    Meine Vermutung ist, dass eine Einstellung im Plugin Germanized das geschilderte Problem verursacht. Das kannst selber prüfen, indem du das Plugin kurzzeitig deaktivierst. Sollte das die Ursache sein, solltest du dich an die Entwickler des Plugins wenden.

    Die Zeitzone sollte in Einstellungen > Allgemein auf Berlin gestellt werden, damit die Zeitumstellung richtig funktioniert.

    Hallo, wir haben das selbe Problem. WooCommerce rechnet die Mehrwertsteuer auf das Produkt, unabhängig davon, was unter „Preise mit Steuern eingegeben“ eingestellt ist.

    Wir habe verschiedene Plugins zur Gegenprobe deaktiviert und auch mit neuen Produkten getestet.

    Im WooCommerce ist „Ja, ich gebe die Produktpreise inklusive Mehrwertsteuer ein“ eingestellt und dennoch werden 19% zu addiert.

    Wir haben dieses Unterforum bei Erscheinen von WooCommerce eingerichtet, um die Fragen zur Installation und Einrichtung von WooCommerce zusammenzufassen. Für weitergehende Fragen fehlen hier Anwender/-innen, die aktiv Support anbieten. Wahrscheinlich ist es besser, wenn ihr euch an das Support-Forum für WooCommerce wendet: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

    Meine Vermutung ist wie gesagt, dass das Problem mit dem AddOn Germanized zusammenhängt, aber wenn das bereits durch Deaktivierung des Plugins (einschließlich Pro-Version) ausgeschlossen werden kann, liegt das Problem wohl doch woanders.

    Hallo @alando15, ich habe es jetzt für unseren Shop (hoffe ich) fixen können. Unter Einstellungen -> Allgemein -> war das „Land / Bundesland“ aus irgendeinem Grund auf „Afghanistan“ gestellt. In Kombination mit der Steuerberechnung nach Lieferland etc. ging da wohl einiges kaputt.

    Ich habe jetzt das Land wieder auf Deutschland gestellt und die Steuerberechnung auf Land des Shops. (da nur nach D verkauft wird)

    Nun scheint die MwSt.-Auszeichnung wieder korrekt zu funktionieren.

    Hallo zusammen,

    das Problem wurde bei mir dank dem Tipp von @jgoetze auch gelöst!

    Bei mir war unter „Land / Bundesland“ auch aus irgendeinem Grund „Afghanistan“ angegeben.

    hatte das gleiche Problem mit „Afghanistan“, muss durch eines der letzten Updates passiert sein!
