Mix of different domains and directories/folders with polylang and rewrite

Hi I use polylang with a setup of different domains and subdomains.
e.g. like this:
http://www.abc.de (de)
http://www.us.def.com (us-en)
http://www.uk.def.com (gb-es)
http://www.it.def.com (it)

But I want the following mixture of domain and directories:
http://www.abc.de (de) – I need to keep this domain
http://www.def.com/us/ (us-en)
http://www.def.com/uk/ (gb-en)
http://www.def.com/it/ (it)

Is there any chance to realize this with rewrite rules in htaccess?
Can anybody provide a solution or example with polylang?
