Neue Bilder in der Mediathek erscheinen „GRAU“

Hallo, mein Problem ist das sich neu hochgeladene Bilder in der Mediathek nur „GRAU“ darstellen. Wenn ich in der Mediathek auf „Bild bearbeiten“ gehe, bekomme ich eine korrekte Ansicht des Bildes. Anschließend ist die Darstellung in der Mediathek allerdings wieder „Grau“. Ich hoffe ich kann mich verständlich ausdrücken. Ich bin absoluter WordPress-Anfänger und bitte um Nachsicht wenn nicht gleich alles verstanden oder meinerseits ausführlich und korrekt genug angegeben wird. Ich habe Anfang der Woche – auch mit Hilfe des Forums – die WordPress-Instalation per FTP-Zugang erneuert. Das Dashboard war „zerschossen“ und alle Admins hatten keinen Zugriff mehr. Das ist zum Glück behoben und wir haben wieder die Möglichkeit Änderungen durchzuführen.
Mir ist jedoch aufgefallen, das der upload-pfad noch in den alten (gecrashten) WordPress-Ordner führt. Ich habe jedoch keine Ahnung wie ich den Pfad neu zuweisen kann. Ich bin für jede Hilfe dankbar.
