PayPal Einstellung werden nicht gespeichert. Warum?

Hallo an alle,
Meine PayPal in meinem Shop funktioniert nicht mehr.
PayPal Einstellung werden nicht gespeichert?
Unter Woocommerce > Einstellungen > Zahlungen > PayPal, aktiviere ich Kästchen
„ Securely accept all major credit & debit cards on the strength of the PayPal network“.
Dann drucke ich Butoon “Activate PayPal”.
Dann öffnet sich PayPal Fenster, wo ich meine Logindaten eingebe und bestätige.
Dann kommt Bestätigung „Das war's schon!“ und Butoon „Zurück zu Woocommerce“.
Gehe ich zurück zu Woocommerce, ist die Einstellung, Kästchen nicht gespeichert. Ist wieder nicht angekreuzt?!
Meine Frage; wieso wird die Einstellung nicht gespeichert?

Habe zwar ein anderes Plugin installiert aber der macht mir auch Probleme?!
Die Leute können mit PayPal nicht bezahlen. PS: Ich habe ein Geschäftskonto.
Es kommt ein Fehler, nach dem man den „jetzt kaufen“ Button betätigt hat.
Dabei ist mein Shop EXTREM langsam geworden.
Wenn ich den Plugin deaktiviere, ist der Shop schnell?!
