Plugin did Fatal error

    Hi

    I have a problem.
    I had an invitation to update a plugin.
    Now I can no longer log into my website
    http://www.wege-zu-mehr-erfolg.info/wp-login.php
    (not even on an ftp, I can not log in)

    when I log in I get only those rows.
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_post_types() in
    /home/tranium/public_html/Wege-zu-mehr-Erfolg.info/wp-content/plugins/sociable/includes/class-Sociable_Globals.php on line 645

    I got this error message when I did an update a plugin
    should be done.
    how can I undo now?
    That brings me back to my website
    and I can log in again?
