Plugin Gallery with access to Metadata

I am looking for a foto gallery plugin that allows me (and my online customer)
a) to 5-star rate fotos on my server, to colour-tag them, to attach key-words
b) the photos can be sorted according to ratings and tags
b) the ratings and tags become part of the meta-data and I can pick them up in preferably Bridge (Adobe Suite).
