Profile Picture + Easy Author Image Plugin

Hi,

I have installed the „Easy Author Image“ and uploaded for 2 users a profile picture (about a few weeks ago) and it works great.

Today I wanted to add another user and uploaded a profile picture for him, but I can’t see it, only this error-message
