Random 404 Product Error Pages

    Situation:
    We get very random 404 error product pages when we click on our products on the home page. Most of the time 1 out of 15 views are a 404 Error page even though the product’s link is correct. If we then refresh the product-page (= 404) again, the product and page loads correctly.

    I have already updated the permalinks.

    Caching Plugin: W3C Total Cache
    Translation Plugin: WPML

    Is there a known issue or any suggestion how to debug this behavior?
