    Hallo,

    ich verwende das Ribbon Lite Theme und den Standard-RSS-Feed, der bei WordPress integriert ist. Mein Seitenname heißt genau so wie mein Autorenname. Beim RSS Feed im Reader steht jetzt:

    from Hans by Hans
    HansHans – Subtitel der Seite

    Offenbar wird beim RSS Feed der Name des Autors mit eingefügt. Einmal als by Hans und dann wird der noch vor dem Seitennamen geklatscht. Wie kann ich diese Meta Informationen entfernen? Ich habe in der single.php die nachfolgende Zeile gelöscht, wird trotzdem im Quellcode angezeigt und vermutlich dadurch auch im Feed. Oder wird nachträglich das trotzdem angezeigt, wenn bei der Erstellung des Beitrags das noch anders im Code stand?

    Es nützt ja nichts, es im Blog auszublenden, habe ich natürlich gemacht, hat aber keine Auswirkung auf den Feed. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe.

    Der Inhalt deines Feeds hat mit dem Theme nichts zu tun. Du kannst aber über eigene Funktionen den Inhalt des Feeds anpassen. Mehr Informationen findest du in der WordPress-Dokumentation (Codex) hier: https://codex.wordpress.org/Customizing_Feeds

    Es ist die Seite imhamsterrad.de. Ich habe mir eben die feed Dateien einmal heruntergeladen. Hätte nicht gedacht, dass es so viele gibt. Leider kenne ich mich mit Programmieren nicht wirklich aus. Sieht komplizierter aus als gedacht. Offenbar gibt es feed für alles, Kategorien, Autoren, Kommentare etc.

    Mir geht es um den reinen Beitrag, offenbar also /feed

    Welche Datei ist das, die dann angepasstw erden muss? Heißt die feed.php ? Was muss man da ändern, damit der Autorenname nicht mehr übertragen wird bzw. einfach vor dem Seitennamen zusätzlich gesetzt wird? Danke für die Hilfe.

    Ich habe mir einmal die feed.php angeschaut, da steht, default ist rss2. In der feed-rss2.php was von author. Kann ich die Zeile einfach löschen und dann ist das weg?

    Hat sich erledigt. Das eiegntliche Problem war Yoast, dass hat da zusätzliches Zeug reingeschrieben.
