Something went wrong with the plugin API

Hallo,

ich benötige mal Hilfe oder zumindest einen Tipp. Ich habe ein neues Theme instaliert, dieses benötigt ein Plugin. Wenn ich dieses Instalieren möchte, folgt promt diese Fehlermeldung:

Kann mich da jemand auf die Richtige Spur bringen? Hab bis jetzt leider nichts gefunden womit ich weiter komme.

Das System läuft auf meinem Rechner per Xampp lokal.
