Thema wird nicht übernommen

Hallo zusammen, danke schon vorweg für eure Mühe! 🙂

Mein Kollege und ich haben unsere Schulhomepage neu aufgesetzt. Ich habe nun das Design / Theme geändert (NisargPro), leider werden sämtliche Einstellungen, die ich im Customizer vorgenommen habe, nicht übernommen (Design, Menüstruktur etc.). Wir haben noch wenig mit WordPress gearbeitet, sind allerdings grundsätzlich schon Homepage-erfahren. Wir sind mittlerweile ratlos. Der Support des Themes konnte mir auch nicht helfen.

Die Seite ist noch under construction, weil wir sie im aktuellen Zustand nicht der Öffentlichkeit preisgeben wollten.

Unten der Bericht, Screenshots konnte ich irgendwie nicht anhängen. Liefere ich gerne nach, wenn mir jemand sagt, wie ich Bilder in meinen Beitrag einbinde.
