I will try to answer your question as good as I can in English. Best would be though, if we could continue in German. Anyway…
Your theme Travel Agency seems to be translation-ready but hasn’t been translated yet.
The usual procedure is, that some user(s) who want to use the theme in English add their translation at https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-themes/travel-agency/de/default. As we try to keep translations on a high level, we ask translators to follow our translation style guide and use the terms provided in the glossary.
Once the translation is finished, translators are asked to provide a short information in the German Slack, channel #polyglots (you need to register with your WordPress user name, to access Slack). A translation editor will check, if the translation complies with the translation style guide and validate all translated text strings. As soon as more than 95% of the theme are translated, the translation will automatically update in every WordPress site using this theme in German.
If you prefer to work on your own (and not provide your translation to the public), you can also use a translation plugin such as Loco Translate, which provides you with all text strings in the back end and creates a unique language file for your personal pleasure.
Don’t forget though, that WordPress is OpenSource and every contribution is highly appreciated.

i need help again for our page. The advice for the loco translate was great and really helpfull. But there are any pages i cannot translate and cannot find the set up for.
For example the Contact Form is totally in english and can´t be translated with loco. Is there a possibility for changing language?
Also in our bestseller packages the offers are in view of duration (days) are in english as well. I tried to translate all possibities of „days“ in german. But only in the best seller section is not changing languages. Now all offers are displaying with days (but they need a change in german for „Stunden“.
Do you have an idea for help?

What Contact form do you use? Is that translated?
What language is selected under WordPress‘ settings > general?
