Update GPX Map to 1.7.10 brings a critical PHP error

    I’m using my own wordpress installation with lateste version 6.7.1 on a own hosted server.
    I used WP GPX Maps 1.7.08 together with NexGen Gallery.
    After plugin upgrade of both today, all pages which includes [sgpx gpx=“/wp-content/uploads/gpx/]
    are broken.

    [08-Jan-2025 14:46:27 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: ftp_fget(): Argument #1 ($ftp) must be of type FTP\Connection, null given in /share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Web/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-ftpext.php:146

    I downloaded the default MapBox API and put it into the Plugin config. But error still there.Any additional hints for activating/using MapBox and what could cause this PHP Fatal error?
